Memories of a happy childhood in Cuba and the reality of the present : what has become of the Cuban Revolution generation who saw their revolutionary ideals disintegrate and what has become of those who stayed ? An exile takes a leisurely and candid trip down memory lane. Camila Guzmán Urzúa grew up in Cuba in the 1970s and 1980s. Fifteen years after leaving, she returns to Havana to relive this happy period and find out what has happened to her comrades who stayed. This journey into the past opens her eyes and the broken dream is guided by thoughts on a complex and contradictory state of affairs today.
