As part of the TASTE WEEK, Alliance Française de Bombay presents a film selected with the Embassy of Luxembourg in India.

Lingo Vino by Daniel Texter (35′)

This charming tale captivates the viewer, depicting the ups and downs in the relationship between two quarrelling old wine growers, Léo and Jakob. These two main characters have a 40-year-old tradition of quarrelling each night about who makes the best wine. But a letter from the United States upsets this ritual.

Short animated film : Premier Automne by Aude Danset de Caravalho & Carlos de Carvalho (10′)

As part of Fête du Cinéma d’Animation, this short film will be screened before Lingo Vino.

Abel lives in the winter and Apolline lives in the summer. Isolated in their ‘worlds’, they never met each other. They are not even supposed to meet. So when Abel crosses the border and discovers Apolline, curiosity is overwhelming.
