TASTE WEEK | COOKING WORKSHOPS

“Taste Week” or “Semaine du Goût” is a celebrated pedagogical week in France filled with gastronomic specialities, the spirit to try new foods and a week to teach kids (and reinforce in adults) the importance of taste and taste development. 

French tasting week is held annually in mid-October and Alliance Française de Bombay is happy to bring  you the unique opportunity of enjoying this week by cooking some traditional French dishes!

 FRENCH RATATOUILLE- workshop

Learn how to make traditional French Ratatouille – a stewed dish made of vegetables such as bellpeppers, zucchini and eggplants. Originally from Nice in France, this dish will have you licking your fingertips!

 

 

 

MACARONS- demonstration

Watch how to make Macarons – sweet meringue-based confections which have taken the world by storm. These little pieces of heaven will have you coming back for more!
