Explore digital extravaganza at AF Bombay with a one-of-a-kind augmented reality exhibitions, organised as a part of the 7th edition of the Novembre Numérique Festival.

The following exhibitions will be a part of the festival:

  • Midi-Minuit: Curated by the visionary Aurélien Jeanney, Midi-Minuit exhibition promises to be a journey of poetic imagery that reflects on the passage of time.Witness an endless cycle between day and night through the lens of eleven globally-acclaimed artists.
  • La Sélection VR: Visit the monuments of Paris thanks to the Meta Opulus, augmented reality headsets.Viewers are transported into immersive narratives and artistic creations, blurring the boundaries between the virtual and the physical.
  • Les Voyages extraordinaires d’Axel: Dive into different universes of space, the savannah or a futuristic city with an augmented reality application. Axel’s Extraordinary Voyages is a children’s scientific literature project written, illustrated and animated by Aurélien Jeanney. Just hover over the pages of the book and everything comes to life like magic!

MIDI-MINUIT:

Witness an endless cycle between day and night through the lens of eleven globally-acclaimed artists. Every poster is a bilingual delight (French/English), available on both iOS and Android platforms. Just hover over the posters with your device, and each image springs to life, narrating tales of timeless moments. Featuring works from eminent artists including Tom Haugomat, Vincent Mahé, Bruno Mangyoku, Pierre De Menèzes, Théo Guignard, François Maumont, Johan Papin, Kim Roselier, Juliaon Roels, Florent Remize, and Lila Poppins.

LA SÉLECTION VR:

This compilation highlights more than thirty virtual reality experiences, grouped into the categories of Fiction, Documentary, Arts, and Heritage. Whether it’s the serene beauty of flourishing gardens or the captivating atmosphere of an artist’s studio, these VR adventures transport audiences beyond the constraints of time and space. Equipped with 360° vision headsets, viewers are transported into immersive narratives and artistic creations, blurring the boundaries between the virtual and the physical, as well as between scripted and interactive elements.

LES VOYAGES D’AXEL:

Les Voyages extraordinaires d’Axel is a scientific literature project for children written, illustrated and animated by Aurélien Jeanney. Co-published by Amaterra (the book) and Maison Tangible (the application), the project is a real playful bridge between print and digital.
