Bandra village heritage precinct with architect David Cardozes

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the “Bandra’s hidden treasures (21st of September)” and “Bandra Heritage village precinct (Fri. 23rd)” walks have been cancelled. We will do our best to reschedule them and we will keep you updated!

The walk through the Bandra village precinct takes you into the urban village clusters of Waroda, Ranwar and Chapel Road that have been defined as the Bandra Village Heritage Precinct by the Mumbai Heritage Conservation Committee. Bounded by 3 historic heritage churches of Saint Andrews, Mount Carmel and Saint Peter, the walk will showcase the best of traditional East Indian enclaves, with low-rise sloping tiled roofed houses set along meandering streets or around community squares.
