For around 20 years, two couples have spent all their weekends in adjoining houses on the countryside. But drastic changes are
on the horizon – Jean has decided to leave his wife and Christine is heartbroken. For their part, Sylvette and Ulrich are stunned and question their own existence, weary of the routine.
