Three western classical musicians, three instruments, three artists, one trio : the wonderful result of an association between Dmitry Sitkovetsky, Gérard Caussé and Henri Demarquette. Each one of them is a famous soloist, whose virtuosity is universally hailed by the international music press.

Dmitry Sitkovetsky, violinist, is an artist whose creativity defies categorising. He has built up an active and successful career as a violinist, conductor, arranger, chamber musician and festival director. Sitkovetsky has performed as a soloist with a number of the world’s leading orchestras, like the Berlin, L.A. and New York Symphony Orchestras, and in numerous high-profile festivals including, among others, Salzburg, Edinburgh, Istanbul and Mostly Mozart.

Gérard Caussé is widely acclaimed as ranking among the handful of great international viola talents of our time and who has made the viola once again a solo instrument in its own right. This has been recognised by an impressive range of major record labels, earning him numerous awards.

Henri Demarquette started his career at a young age and got noticed by Yehudi Menuhin at the age of 17, under whose aegis he began his international career, which lead him to play in the biggest cities and orchestras in the world : Saint-Petersburg, London, Tokyo, Varsovia…

These three are brilliant soloists. And they will unite for only two concerts in NCPA, Mumbai. An unique occasion, not to be missed.
