ABOUT THE EVENT
Suflet – Soundscapes from Carpathians & Himalayas is an international collaboration that unites Romania and India through music. Panflute, bansuri, keyboard and tabla blend, reinterpreting Romanian folklore and composing anew. From doina to dhun, hora to hori, sârba to raga, the concert showcases cultural diversity. ‘Suflet’ signifies both ‘breath’ and ‘soul’, resonating in the heart, transcending boundaries. With creativity, three musicians craft exceptional melodies, inviting audiences on a cross-continental sonic odyssey.
