In partnership with Banjara Theatre and St. Andrew’s Centre for Philosophy and Performing Arts, we bring you a solo performed reading by Rashi Bunny of a new adaptation and translation of a playscript based on Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s Classic French novella Le petit prince which tells the story of a little boy who leaves the safety of his own tiny planet to travel the universe. In the process, he learns the vagaries of adult behaviour through a series of extraordinary encounters.

ABOUT THE ACTOR

Rashi Bunny is an Internationally awarded Solo Performer, Theatre Director, Motivational Speaker, Writer, Creativity Coach, Transformational Facilitator, and a Compassionate Healer.  She is the Founder Director of Banjara Theatre that is known for its profound & unique plays across the country.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

The Little Prince, published in 1943, is French aviator Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s most famous novel. Most versions of the novel include a number of drawings by Saint-Exupéry himself. The book has been translated into more than 180 languages and sold more than 80 million copies making it one of the best-selling books ever. It has been adapted into a movie musical by Lerner and Loewe, two different operas, and an animated series.
