The Monsoon Project: Gastronomy Workshop

 Sofitel’s baker is pleased to welcome you for a French bread workshop. You will be showed the different steps of making delicious bread and then have the pleasure to place proofed bread in the oven and see it glaze.
Once cooked, some cheese and a glass of wine will be served for a perfect frenchy tasting!
Participants must be over 21 years old.

Rs. 750/- per person. Hurry up and register before the 23^rd  of June as only the first 20 people will be enrolled for this workshop. Registration is reserved for Alliance française students/members on a first come first served basis at the Alliance Française de Bombay.
