Marc Brétillot, one of the first « culinary designers », teaches Culinary Design at the ESAD in Reims (France): He will be accompanied by Claire Peillod, the director of ESAD and Eric Trochon, a chef established in the city of Metz, from 22nd to 26th November to share their expertise in this fashionable new practice.
A workshop in culinary designing by Marc and Eric will be held over two days at Dadar Catering College (IHM), on Thursday and Friday 25th and 26th.
One chef and one designer working together on the art of displaying food in an artistic way. Surprising!
