For the fifth consecutive year, Alliance Française de Bombay, echoing European Heritage Days, organizes Heritage Week by proposing several guided tours around Mumbai.

Sometime in 1910, the Bombay Development Trust was apportioning land in areas out of the congested city of Bombay, and the South Indian Community founded a thriving community – temples, bazaars et al. Not lagging behind were the Gujaratis who built their ‘dharamshalas’. Experience multi-culture in this little known part of our city with some of the oldest educational institutes where the old and new seamlessly integrate.
