Betty, a young alcoholic, disowned by her husband and her family, takes refuge in the restaurant ” Le Trou ” where she meets Laure, the mistress of the owner, Mario. Laure help her and they become friends. But Betty envies her and her relationship with her partner. When she also falls in love with Mario, things fall apart.
