Maiwenn Le Besco is an actress who, after a less-than-distinguished career in the movies, sees her career being revitalized. Having doubts about her work and her motivations, she decides to make a documentary about some of France’s leading actresses. As Maiwenn’s subjects lose touch with reality, the actress is not faring much better as her relationship with her boyfriend begins to fall apart and her insecurities become even more pronounced.
