Discussion – Climate Change : WHAT!?

Climate Change is everywhere in the media, in the political agenda… but who knows exactly what it is? What could be its real consequence? What will it change in our lives, in our societies?

Alliance Française de Bombay and IIT Bombay have invited a panel of experts in order to introduce you to this emergency and answer your questions regarding Climate Change and its environmental and social consequences. Three people will present four ways to deal with these issues:
– Anamitra Saha (IIT Bombay): Climate Change & monsoon
– Kamal Murari (Tata Institute for Social Sciences): social adaptation of rural areas
– Sherly M A (IIT Bombay): social adaptation in urban areas (Mumbai floods…)
