EXHIBITION | The poet, scriptwriter & artist Jacques Prévert – 19th to 28th April

On the occasion of his 40th death anniversary, Alliance Française de Bombay, in partnership with Institut Français and Novotel Juhu Beach, will exhibit a collage of photos of Jacques Prévert from the 19th to the 28th of April. YAMA Contemporary dance show Thursday 13th of April, 7:00 pm, NCPA Experimental Theatre Yama is a Sanskrit word meaning self-control, austerity, restraint and moral obligation.   Come watch AF Bombay and Clark House unspool history through the exhibition SEA-ME-WE by Virgile Fraisse  based on telegraphic archives and on the current powers in the world of Indian telecommunications. SEA-ME-WE is a massive underwater fiber optic cable which runs from Marseille (France) all the way to Singapore and connects several cities on the way – including Mumbai.
