The Organization

The Alliance Française de Bombay is composed of a cultural department and a education department. The Director is in charge of the cultural events in addition to administrative responsibilities and who has an admin. assistant and a cultural assistant who is helped by two interns. They together oversee the cultural programs, the organization of events as well as private partnerships.

The Studies Director with his assistant are in charge of the education department which organizes French courses in FLE (French as a foreign language) and sells FOS (Français sur Objectifs Spécifiques) courses to private companies. It is also under his responsibility that the DELF and DALF exams are organized. He manages also all the different elearning tools (social networkes and ressources online).

The Alliance Française de Bombay also houses an office of Campus France. Its representative advises Indian students who wish to study in France.
